The Avoca Beach Heritage Villas are a cluster of two bedroom holiday Villas and Terraces in a bush setting 2 km from the beautiful Avoca Beach surf.
On site are Barbecue areas, a swimming pool and tennis court all nestled into the natural bush with native gardens. This encourages native animals and birds to visit and live among the units set on several acres. With our managers on site and our relaxing setting you are sure to have an enjoyable stay.
There are 12 contemporary, spaciously designed Terraces. Two bedrooms are located upstairs with bulit-in wardrobes and balconies. One has a queen size bed and the other two singles. These units are ideally suited to couples and adult groups.
There are 22 individual Villas, spaciously desgined with high raked ceilings. All units are self-contained with kitchen, bathroom and laundry, including washing machine and clothes dryer.
Both Terrace and Villa units have a North Easterly sundeck and covered car accommodation.
